- 9, New inspection regulations will need to be written and made available. PIC, Public Works <br /> Maintenance are lead. <br /> 10. Information Needs. Need to develop a coordinated information program where stormwater <br /> requirements are accessible to the organization and public. Need to insure internal <br /> consistency in responding to public and referrals. Public Works Administration is lead. <br /> 11. Need to determine effects of private systems to User Fees & SDC's. Public Works <br /> Administration is lead. <br /> 12. Need to determine fees for new procedures, permits, inspections, enforcement. PIC, <br /> Engineering, Maintenance are lead. <br /> 13. Establish an Innovative Projects Team to help with selection of techniques, design. Would <br /> need to determine the authority of the team. No lead established. <br /> 14. Intergovernmental Coordination with Lane County is needed- especially River Road /Santa <br /> Clara. Public Works, Planning are lead. <br /> 15. Code Changes. Need to determine which sections of the Eugene Code are affected. This <br /> will help to determine areas of responsibility. At a minimum Chapters 6, 7, & 9 are <br /> affected. Engineering, Planning, PIC are lead. <br /> 16. Basin Plan Review. Need to determine which departments /divisions need to review basin <br /> plans. Planning lead. <br /> 17. If one of the outcomes is City will maintain private controls, need to secure resources and <br /> coordination. Maintenance & PIC are lead. <br /> 18. Create financial incentives to encourage private systems are self - maintained. Pubic Works <br /> Maintenance and Administration are lead. <br /> 19. Need to develop tracking system for locating private systems and who's responsible for <br /> maintenance. Engineering and Maintenance are lead. <br /> 20.
