05/12/93 08:26 22503 683 6826 EUG PUBLIC WORKS 444 MAINTENANCE 4t008/012 <br /> 9.496 Eugene Code 9,508 <br /> (g) The dwelling shall not be used as a headquarters for the <br /> assembly of employees for instruction or other purposes, including <br /> dispatch to other locations. <br /> (h) There shall be a limit of one business vehicle per home <br /> occupation. In connection with home occupations, a business vehicle is <br /> any vehicle that is used in the conduct of the home occupation, or which <br /> has the name or logo under which the home occupation activity is <br /> conducted painted or otherwise exhibited on the vehicle, or is a vehicle <br /> that is or has been depreciated in connection with the home occupation <br /> on state or federal tax returns. <br /> (i) Other than dwelling residents, there shall be a maximum of <br /> • two employees per home occupation. <br /> (j) In addition to required parking in conjunction with the <br /> dwelling, there shall be off - street parking spaces to accommodate all <br /> employee and business vehicles. <br /> (k) The home occupation shall not interfere with on- street <br /> parking. <br /> (1) An adult resident in the dwelling shall be employed in the <br /> home occupation. <br /> (m) There shall be no separate home occupation address. <br /> (n) The home occupation must be incidental to the dwelling's <br /> residential use. <br /> (o) There shall be no motor vehicle repair except to vehicles <br /> owned by people residing on the property. <br /> (Section 9.496 amended by Ordinance No. 19181, enacted September 21, 1983; Ordinance <br /> No. 19315, enacted March 11, 1985; and Ordinance No. 19842, enacted April 27, 1992, <br /> effective July 1, 1992.) <br /> 9.498 Complaint Procedure and Enforcement. Complaints alleging violation of <br /> home occupation standards shall be directed to the building official and <br /> shall state the nature of the alleged violation. The building official shall <br /> investigate the complaint and, if necessary to eliminate a violation found to exist, <br /> take or cause to be taken lawful action'as provided for in the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> (Section 9.498 amended by Ordinance No. 19315, enacted March 11, 1985; and Ordinance <br /> No. 19835, enacted April 13, 1992, effective July 1, 1992.) <br /> 9.502 Appeals. A building official's determination and enforcement order may <br /> be appealed to the hearings official by the party alleging the violation. <br /> or the person who owns the home occupation in the same manner as provided for in <br /> connection with administration of the performance standards in the zoning ordinance. <br /> (Section 9.502 amended by Ordinance No. 19315, enacted March 11, 1985.) <br /> ilfc Planned Unit Development Regulations <br /> 9.508 Purpose.
