December 11, 1991 <br /> TO: Bob, Johnny, Ben, Jan <br /> FROM: Gene <br /> SUBJECT: DECEMBER 16 TREE MEETING <br /> We have a meeting on Monday to discuss tree related issues. This is a meet- <br /> ing that Ben had hoped to have with us for a bit over a year and I recall him <br /> mentioning it to me in early July. He thought it would be a good time to <br /> recap the past year of having the tree program here in PW and thought we <br /> could see if we might want to alter our course for the current year. I was <br /> gone and the meeting (at least with my involvement) never came off. We are <br /> now on for 2:00 Monday and unfortunately my Dr. called and had to reschedule <br /> an appointment I have for 3:00 on that date. I don't want to cancel and <br /> reschedule our meeting but would like to meet a few minutes earlier if possi- <br /> ble. I'll do up an agenda and even if we can't meet a little earlier, per- <br /> haps we can get through the items a little quicker. <br /> 1. Discussion of the December 12, 1990 memorandum that itemizes out suggest- <br /> ed "lead" and "assist" roles of Ben and Jan. Focus will be on items #3 <br /> (a,b,c,d), #5 (a), #6 (c), #9 and #10. <br /> 2. Discussion of the memorandum that Jan distributed at the meeting we held <br /> the other day. <br /> 3. Overall discussion of the tree maintenance program. <br />
