Overgrown
tree limbs and branches can harm pedestrians, block traffic
signs, and impede emergency .vehicle and delivery vehicle access.
They may also limit our ability to keep your streets clean and in
good repair by blocking the access of our street sweepers and
paving equipment to the entire street surface.
We are sending you this letter because trees located on your
property have been identified as failing to meet. City tree
trimming requirements. 1 have enclosed an information flyer that
explains the City requirements and a notice about a special
chipping service that should make disposing of your trimmings
easier.
elLj t a f the ear. to trim :tr and we ' e
you i1 t his opportun to ..` y iot your street trei` ri
here to.tielP " you with this pro) ect .
