Since I <br /> haven't received a permit yet, I haven't given permission or approved the removal. On site, 1 verbally <br /> stated to them that their reason for removal was reasonable but any permission would be based on the <br /> value of the trees and the request would need to be on a permit. Mr. Simmons stated he would get the <br /> permit to me right away. I'm the construction <br /> inspector for the private improvements in the public right of way for this project. On the construction plans <br /> there are certain trees that are designated to save (protect). I issued Wildish Const. a memo stating a <br /> violation for removing a tree south of the bus shelter on the east side of Olive. Wildish and LTD stated <br /> they had approval from you to remove this tree. They also stated there might be more to be removed from <br /> this project. Scott...could you follow -up with something in writing stating that you gave approval to <br /> Wildish /LTD to remove this tree. Also when you are on a construction site to approve removal of trees and <br /> could you please contact Bob, Paul Anderson or myself so we are aware of the change.
