In response to the comments, eight changes <br /> were made within the administrative rules. Two were significant changes in planting requirements. The first dealt <br /> with allowing exemptions to the planting requirements where extreme terrain was encountered. The second deal with <br /> reducing the required size of tree to be planted by developers in arterial and collector streets.
