General - On public streets without sidewalks, trees will be located to <br /> accommodate future sidewalk placement and with regards to current <br /> and future utility line corridors. <br /> Trees and shrubs (which attain a height of three feet (3') or more) which <br /> may form a hedge or screen shall not be allowed within the "Vision <br /> Clear Zone" of a street, alley, or driveway intersection so as to obscure <br /> required traffic sight distances. Curves in the road, hills, and other site <br /> specific factors may require extensions of these dimensions.
