In fact, as much as I hate to suggest this, it <br /> might more sense, and be simpler in the long run, if PWM and <br /> LUMS were the ones who approve tree cutting plans in PUDs <br /> rather than PWM and Planning. All trees not within <br /> designated conservation areas have been removed, plus many in <br /> utility easements.
