To: HUDZIKIEWICZ Joe
Cc: BELLMORE Mike; FOERSTLER Kevin J; PLAMONDON Scott F
Subject: Hunter's Glen
Date: Friday, July 19, 1996 11:51 AM
Hi Joe,
It sounds like you have a difficult one here.
I understand that Fred Lockhart intends to get a copy of the
proposed tree removal to you and to our Urban Forester's
office. I'm told that no one has been able to find anything
in writing indicating they had tree cutting approval.
We are unable to find any documentation out here that these
plans have ever been submitted to us previously. Since
Scott handles these himself and he is on vacation till the
29th, it will be hard to ask him. He may call in from Mexico
to check on things the 24th but I can't depend on that.
Our office will not take any independent action on these plans
or this situation without instructions from your office. Mike
Bellmore is not here on Monday, so I don't have any of my
"tree" staff in the office till Tuesday.
•
When Scott calls in next Wednesday we can ask him about this,
but other than that I don't have any suggestions. Hopefully,
with the plans Fred Lockhart submits, you can determine if the
cutting which has occurred is within what Fred proposed and
see where you want to go from there.
If we can be of assistance please let me know.
Thanks
Johnny
•
Page 3
