Have to add back in a permit procedure section. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING TREE PRESERVATION; <br /> RENUMBERING AND AMENDING SECTIONS 6.300, 6.305, <br /> 6.310, 6.320, 6.325, AND 6.330 OF THE EUGENE CODE, <br /> 1971 TO 7.660, 7.665, 7.670, 7.675, 7.685, AND 7.690 <br /> RESPECTIVELY; ADDING SECTIONS 6.315, 7.680 AND <br /> 7.995 TO THAT CODE; AND AMENDING SECTIONS 6.990 <br /> AND 7.990 OF THAT CODE. <br /> THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1.
