He is recommending we lift the stop work order since he finds no legal argument that supports us to do <br /> otherwise. Due to the possibility that we are open to being sued if we don't move on this, I'm going to contact <br /> Doug Appel and tell them that we are preparing the paperwork to lift the stop work order. I will tell him that we <br /> will get a letter out to him today that states we need a couple of days to notify the neighbors that the stop work is <br /> being lifted and that he can begin operations under the permit again on February 7th. <br /> b. He did find that the approval of the PUD can be tied to a successful resolution of the tree removal issue due <br /> to language, not in the code, but in the south hills study. <br /> This puts us back to needing a decision on what of the three ways of assessing penalty we wish them to pursue. <br /> Admin.
