We have yet to fully process a permit which requires notice to interested <br /> parties. Four permits are currently in the works which will give us some <br /> experience with this aspect of the changed code. We very well may find these <br /> first permits will establish how the new regulations are perceived by both the <br /> permittee and the general public. If we have subsequent appeals they may also <br /> establish how well the legal aspects of the code meet the intent of the <br /> council. <br /> We are working with the PIC and the City Attorney's office to verify <br /> agreements on permit processing and administrative orders to establish fees. <br /> It is hoped the A.O.s will be posted within the next two weeks. <br /> I hope this update has been helpful. <br /> cc: Bob Hammitt <br /> J.R.
