September 20. 1993 which found <br /> that the Cedar tree has been pruned so that it is no longer obstructing the <br /> view of the stop sign at the corner of Hayes and 18th Ave. The nuisance. as <br /> described in the abatement posting. no longer exists and therefore. the City's <br /> abatement notice is hereby withdrawn. The City considers the problem cor- <br /> rected and this matter to be closed. <br /> The purpose of the hearing you requested, pursuant to section 6.085 of the <br /> Eugene municipal code. is for a hearings official to determine whether a <br /> nuisance exists. Since the condition the City considered a nuisance in this <br /> case no longer exists, the existence of an alleged nuisance can no longer be <br /> determined by a hearings official and your request for a hearing will not be <br /> forwarded to a hearings official. <br /> Thank you for your efforts in resolving this matter.
