The tree is located in front <br /> of 732 West 6th Avenue on public property, branching out over <br /> the major public thoroughfare. At present there are at least <br /> three major dead limbs hanging out over 6th Avenue. The <br /> remainder of the tree also appears to be dying. <br /> We request that you address this concern immediately because <br /> of the potential of a very serious accident, possibly involving <br /> the loss of lives.
