Councilor reads names of volunteer leaders in his /her ward and <br /> asthem all to stand (see Volunteer Leader list for names). <br /> B. Councilor then thanks each volunteer, mentioning: <br /> -- Area in which trees were planted <br /> - - Number of volunteers supervised <br /> - - Number of trees planted <br /> (The information is included on the Volunteer Leaders list.) <br /> C. Jan will distribute awards as each leader is recognized. <br /> In some cases, another person may be accepting for the volunteer <br /> leader. The name of the person accepting the award is included on your <br /> Volunteer Leader list. <br />
