Amend Eugene Code section 9.512(6)(j) (Tentative Plan Consideration) to require <br /> bicycle and pedestrian connections to be provided from existing activity centers to <br /> future development. -- <br /> 4. Amend Eugene Code section 9.688(b)(8) (Site Review Purpose and Authority) to <br /> require bicycle and pedestrian connections to be provided from existing activity centers <br /> to future development. <br /> 5. Amend Eugene Code section 9.702(a) (General Conditional Use Permit) to require <br /> consideration of bicycle and pedestrian connections to adjacent developments, both <br /> existing and future, as a condition of approval. <br /> 6.
