Any street tree removed by permit through <br /> demolition or construction within the street right -of -way would be replaced within <br /> the street right -of -way, in a location approved by the Urban Forester. The cost for <br /> planting, maintenance, and establishment of the replacement tree would be paid to <br /> the city by the developer. A security deposit may be required to insure that street <br /> trees meet the Urban Forester's standards and specifications for quality, <br /> planting and establishment. <br /> Recommendations: <br /> 1.
