It's got ac <br /> cess off of Suncrest, and it's just behind Kismet. Looks like some of the larg <br /> est trees were cut some time ago (probably marketable timber), and Saturday's p <br /> roject appears to be "mechanical mashing ", or just plowing over the brush and s <br /> maller trees. <br /> 1. Was there a permit? Is there a development project on record? <br /> 2. The constituent who called me, Eric (Swenson ?), had gone to PIC to inquire <br /> about development plans for that parcel pretty recently, before purchasing his <br /> home, and was told no development was planned and wasn't expected for the fore <br /> seeable future. (that was probably a bad piece of guesswork or advice) In oth <br /> er words, he tried to be proactive to find out information, but left with the i <br /> mpression nothing would happen back there. <br /> Would you please forward this to the appropriate person.
