Additional douglas fir trees have been earmarked for removal to lessen <br /> the threat of windthrow of shallow rooted trees. The application state that <br /> removing these trees will lessen the potential of a wildfire threat to the <br /> site and neighboring properties. Copies of the written decision <br /> will be mailed to all persons who provided written comment on the application. <br /> Appeal: <br /> Any person who provides comment on the application and who is dissatisfied <br /> with the action of the City in granting a permit may appeal the decision to <br /> the Hearings Officer. Such an appeal must include the specific basis or bases <br /> upon which the appellant asserts that the decision was in error.
