From what <br /> they told Barbara, this sounds like one of the 4 permits that Jan said <br /> were requiring a notification of the neighbors. Would you let me know <br /> whether that is the case, and whether there is an approved development <br /> plan for this site? If there are any other issues that Jan is aware of, <br /> that would be helpful, too.
