He wants to know who owns the property, whether <br /> we are yet aware of the proposed plans for development, and whether the cut was allowed by the permit process <br /> (and if exempt, why exemp). <br /> In responding to Shawn, there seem to be 4 issues to ccordinate: a possible PIC issue of whether a grading <br /> permit was supposed to have been issued; 2 PW MAINT issue involving the brush pile left on the public <br /> right -of -way and the issue re: why the cut was exempt fr the permit process; and a PDD issue involving the <br /> Historical District. <br /> Linda Norris suggests a coordinated response to Shawn in this Friday's council packet with a cc to <br /> Mayor /Council. PW and PDD are already on top of the issues; PDD may need only to attach the letter they have <br /> already sent to the owner. Please coordinate a preferred response between yourselves; it can be signed by you <br /> or perhaps you would like it to be under Linda's signature.
