2. Replacement trees shall be planted within the right -of -way abutting the <br /> _same taxlot as where the mature tree was removed unless deemed <br /> impractical by the Urban Forester. If such is the case, the Urban <br /> Forester will endeavor to plant the replacement trees within the local <br /> neighborhood. <br /> 3. If a property owner, on a collector or local street, informs the CITY <br /> that replacement trees are not desired abutting their property, the <br /> Urban Forester will endeavor to find a different location to plant the <br /> replacement trees within the local neighborhood. <br /> F. DURATION OF AGREEMENT <br /> CITY and EWEB agree this agreement shall become effective on June 1, 1994 and <br /> shall remain in effect until terminated by one of the parties. <br /> CITY and EWEB agree to meet on or around May 1st of each year to review the <br /> provisions of this agreement to discuss modifications. <br /> G. TERMINATION <br /> Upon written notice delivered to the office of the City Manager or EWEB <br /> General Manager, either party, without cause, may terminate its participation <br /> in this agreement. <br /> H.
