a) Photographs and a written description of the reasons for removal <br /> will be collected by CITY. TREE PLANTING <br /> CITY and EWEB agree that whenever a tree has been removed it is in the best <br /> interest of the community to have replacement trees planted. When a tree has <br /> been allowed to be removed at EWEB's request due to conflict with utility <br /> lines the following replacement criteria will be used: <br /> 1. Two replacement trees shall be planted for each mature street tree <br /> allowed to be removed. Replacement trees shall be planted by CITY with <br /> costs to be reimbursed by EWEB. The City's Urban Forester shall select <br /> the replacement trees from a list of species and caliper which is <br /> developed and agreed on by EWEB and CITY. (SEE ATTACHED LIST) <br /> 4 <br />
