Division manager planning session provided information to move the process forward — <br />ideal state for department, mission, key programs, and strategies. <br />2. Eric Jones and Bob Noble refined the mission statement and Peter Ruffier, Mark <br />Schoening, and Jeff Lankston have continued to work on the department strategic <br />issues. <br />3. Management teams refine the key work programs and develop strategic issues — current <br />step. <br />4. Complete Department strategies. <br />5. Develop measures for strategies. <br />6. Complete the Key work program matrix. <br />7. Analyze results and revise if needed. <br />8. Adopt the strategic plan . <br />9.
