Complete cost estimates. <br /> 1.4 Develop fundraising documents. <br /> 1.5 Create presentation materials: <br /> 1.5.1 Create model with base and Plexiglass cover. <br /> 1.5.2 Create colored renderings of overall site perspective, floor plans, site plan. <br /> 1.5.3 Produce axonometric illustration of sustainable features. <br /> 1.5.4 Create ink lined character sketches. <br /> 1.6 Provide program update: <br /> 1.6.1 Revise program document contents based on issues brought up during conceptual design. <br /> 1.6.2 Hand draw diagrams to match character of other presentation materials. <br /> 1.7 Principal InvestigatodGrant Manager will provide grant administration for the Architectural Component. <br /> 1.8 Work with Program Evaluator to ascertain evaluation criteria. Participate in process and outcome evaluation. <br /> 1.9 Submit progress reports to Principal Investigator/Grant Manager. <br /> 2.0 Prepare an Interpretive Plan <br /> 2.1 Participate in interpretive planning process. Coordinate with other partners. <br /> 2.2 Conduct planning workshop. Involve partners and community members. <br /> 2.3 Determine audience. <br /> 2.4 Determine themes, design criteria and story lines. <br /> 2.5 Determine trails and interpretive sites. <br /> 2.6 Develop the Vision Document used to tell the story and sell the concept of the West Eugene Wetlands (WEW) <br /> project to government, the public, partners and funding sources. <br /> 2.7 Create a Template, Production and Design Strategy for the Operational Program, Business Plan and Educational <br /> Program. <br /> 2.8 Principal Investigator/Grant Manager will provide grant administration for the Interpretive Component. <br /> 2.9 Provide Business Plan content. <br /> • 2.10 Complete and print Interpretive Plan and other planning documents (Vision Document).; <br /> • - <br /> 2.11 Participate in procesi and outcome evaluation. _. <br /> 2.12 Submit progress reports to Principal Tnvestigator/Grant Manager for inclusion in federal report. -, <br /> . 2.13 Shepherd partners' Contributions. <br /> 2.14 Document process and bind planning documents together.
