Contractor is responsible for avoidance <br /> and disturbance of areas outside of the project area. <br /> e. The finish grade of all excavated areas shall be determined solely by the <br /> City of Eugene. After excavation of the concrete, the native soil shall be <br /> left as a smooth, flat surface (not abrupt edges) similar to the adjacent area <br /> and suitable for planting. <br /> f.
