After a draft of the plan was developed, the Metropolitan Sports <br /> Commission spent several months debating the goals, strategies, and actions in the document. <br /> Plan Organization and Summary of Elements. The Plan consists of four parts and is <br /> organized as follows: Part I is an introduction and sets the stage for the plan. Part II describes <br /> the current situation with respect to amateur sports in the metropolitan area Part I11 provides <br /> suggestions for where we as a region should be headed in the future.
