ATTORNEY FEES: If an action is brought to enforce, rescind or <br /> otherwise concerning this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to <br /> recover from the other party(ies), in addition to costs and disbursements <br /> allowed by law, its reasonable attorney fees incurred therein, and in any <br /> appeal therefrom, in an amount to be determined by the Court. <br /> 7. AMENDMENTS: Any amendments to this Agreement shall not be effective <br /> unless made in writing and signed by all parties. <br /> 8.
