Also, this is the 10th year since the 1983 agreement, so <br /> there is a 5 year update on all property that has been annexed to the city of Eugene. Attached is a Lotus <br /> spreadsheet that gives all the properties that have been annexed since 1983 and their current 1993 value. <br /> The amount owed is $17,234,183 Assessed Value x .0025 = $43,085.46. <br /> Please make check payable to River Road Park and Recreation District.
