I am hoping we can just reduce our budget by 118,000 (Lori, can you give me the exact number) and <br />increase recreations budget in FY04, then footnote it in the budget document. We wanted to make this happen <br />in FY03, but Kitty preferred that PWPOS pay it for FY03 and then transfer it in the FY04 process.
