Following closely is vegetation creating an obstruction of the sidewalk <br />with 185 violations, or 28% of all violations. <br />The main vegetation violation on undeveloped property continues to be tall grass and <br />weeds over 10 inches in height, with 89 violations, or 58% of all undeveloped property <br />violations. Other violations on undeveloped property include 21 violations for traffic <br />vision obstruction (accounting for 14 %), 18 violations for sidewalk obstructions (12 %), <br />10 violations for blackberries crossing property lines (6 %), 10 violations for street <br />obstructions (6 %), and 1 violation for alley obstruction (.6 %) <br />On developed properties, sidewalk obstructions continue for the fourth year as the main <br />violation accounting for 33% of violations (167 violations).
