These trails and linkages are of <br />communitywide interest even though in some cases they may be most <br />heavily used by adjacent neighborhood residents. For this reason, <br />as well as for clarity and ease of reference, the JPC and the <br />Planning Commission recommended that they all be gathered in one <br />location, i.e. under COMMUNITYWIDE RESOURCES on page 11 in the <br />section on the SOUTH HILLS, with cross - references in their origi- <br />nal locations in the individual planning districts. <br />27.
