The Public Works web coordinators recently created a form that employees can use to report problems on our <br />new portal web site. I'm sending this to the entire division so I don't miss someone who has information on the site. <br />Our purpose is two -fold. First, it would be good for the people responsible for content on the site to review their pages to <br />see how the information came across in the conversion to the portal. Second, it is a standard way to report problems <br />discovered on the site. <br />We'd like to focus first on major problems or omissions, so please use it initially for this purpose. But make a note of less <br />urgent problems for future resolution. <br />Here's the form: <br />Please use this form to report problems you notice with our new portal web site. Answer all the questions and send to: <br />David Donald, Brian Nobles, Bob Blanchard, and Fred McVey. <br />1. In terms of service delivery to the citizens of Eugene, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 meaning "this is a true emergency," <br />what is the priority of this problem? <br />2.
