(g) Rest rooms; <br />(h) Sheltered picnic areas, unless explicitly authorized by the City in <br />writing in conjunction with the rental of a sheltered picnic area; and <br />(1) The following specific facilities and pool areas: <br />1. Prohibited within the building or within 200 feet of the <br />building of the following recreation facilities, except at the discretion of the <br />facility supervisor: Amazon Community Center, Amazon Pool, Celeste <br />Campbell Senior Center, Cuthbert Amphitheater, Echo Hollow Pool, Hilyard <br />Community Center, Petersen Park Barn, Sheldon Community Center, <br />Sheldon Pool, River House, and Washington Park Center. <br />2. Prohibited throughout Alton Baker Park, Lamb Cottage, and <br />Owen Memorial Rose Garden, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the <br />City as part of a Standard Use Permit or a Special Event Permit. <br />3. Prohibited within enclosed structures and the yard area <br />immediately surrounding the structures at the following special facilities, <br />except by special authorization of the person or entity in charge of the facility <br />as indicated below: <br />a. Laurelwood Golf Course, Pro -Shop, Upstairs rental <br />space (Golf course operator); <br />b. Shelton McMurphy Johnson House (Non - profit <br />group); <br />C. Trude Kaufinan Senior Center (Non -profit group); <br />d. Wayne Morse Ranch Park (Caretaker); <br />e. Westmoreland Community Center (Non -profit group); <br />f. The Science Factory (Lessee). <br />4. Prohibited throughout the following park and open space <br />areas: West Eugene Wetlands, Spencer Butte, Ridgeline Park System, <br />Charnel Mulligan Park, Fairmount Park, Hendricks Park (main garden <br />section), Monroe Park, Scobert Park, Sladden Park, University Park, <br />Washburne Park, Washington/Jefferson Park, West University Park, Maurie <br />Jacobs Park (described as that contiguous park land west of Owen Rose <br />Administrative Order - 13 <br />C AUserWDMINORD\POS03.wpd <br />
