facility such as, but not limited to, commercial photography and production of videos or <br />movies without first obtaining a license or permit therefore from the City. No license or <br />permit shall be issued for commercial photography or video for advertising purposes or for <br />movie production within the Owen Memorial Rose Garden or Hendricks Park Rhododendron <br />area, or for any activity in any other park or open space area that would restrict use of the <br />area by the general public for an extended period of time. <br />(m) Engaging in any activity or conduct within a park, open space area, or park <br />facility that is prohibited by these rules, state statutes, the Eugene Code, 1971, or posted <br />signs. <br />(n) Engaging in any activity or conduct which is disruptive or incompatible with <br />the appropriate use of the premises or which interferes with the reasonable use and <br />enjoyment of the park, open space area, or park facility by others. <br />(o) Engaging in any activity or conduct which is disruptive or interferes with the <br />enjoyment by others of City sponsored park, open space, or recreational programs or <br />activities. <br />(p) Engaging in any of the above activities, or other activities such as, but not <br />limited to, demonstrations, vending, or still photo sessions in a manner that blocks a park or <br />open space entrance or pathway, or interferes with the intended use ofthat portion of the park <br />or open space. <br />(q) Entering in or upon a park facility, open space, or park area during the period <br />of time the facility or area is rented or reserved for use by others, and failing to leave the <br />facility or area when requested to do so by the person renting or reserving the park facility, <br />open space, or park area. <br />(r) Entering in or upon a park facility, open space, or park area, or a portion of <br />such an area, that is posted, delineated, fenced, or barricaded to close it to public use. <br />1.015 HUNTING. <br />(1) In a park or open space area, no person may: <br />(a) Hunt, pursue, trap, kill, injure, molest, or disturb any wildlife. <br />(b) Discharge a firearm, pellet gun, bow and arrow, slingshot, or other <br />weapon capable of injuring a person or wildlife. <br />(c) Possess any weapon except with the prior written consent of or by <br />Administrative Order - 10 <br />CAWIND0WS \TEMP \03prkru1I ao.wpd(05 /02/03) <br />
