" on - call" manual to be used by the "on call" supervisor in response to after hours service requests. <br />Week End Supervision <br />The PW -POS Division shall maintain the position of weekend supervisor. The weekend supervisor shall <br />be responsible for coordinating response to PWM and PW -POS service requests during regular hours <br />received from the 911 Communications Center. This supervisor shall have the authority to call in <br />personnel from either division if their on hand resources are insufficient for response. The weekend <br />supervisor may occasionally be requested to provide supervision for PWM personnel assigned to work <br />on the week end. <br />Fall Leaf Removal Program <br />Accomplishment of the fall leaf removal program shall be a joint responsibility of PWM and PW -POS. <br />Each year the PWM and PW -POS Division Managers together shall choose a supervisor to coordinate <br />this program with the goal of performing two cycles of leaf removal throughout the city prior to the <br />second week in January. <br />October 19, 2000 15 <br />
