City of Eugene staff <br />Enclosed is an account of all improvements preformed by the operators of <br />Laurelwood GC. Also enclosed is a plan put forth to complete the transition of <br />Laurelwood GC from an outdated facility that showed very little economic potential <br />into an economically vibrant facility that provides quality employment opportunities, <br />quality golfing experiences for the golfing community, and the potential to become <br />an economically sustainable operation. According to the Environmental Institute for <br />Golf, Sustainability is about the "triple bottom line - people, planet, and profit ". We <br />believe that the plan we are proposing covers all these bases and acknowledges the <br />interdependence and importance of the three aspects.
