EXHIBIT C: FACILITY MEETING AGREEMENT <br />Contractor will maintain the upstairs meeting room facilityfor, but not limited to, meetings, <br />receptions, parties, and any other legal gatherings that are not detrimental to the <br />facilities or location. <br />Reservations by City <br />The facility will be made available to the City for one meeting per week, without charge if <br />the reservation is made no more than 30 days in advance and does not conflict with fee <br />paying events. The City will be responsible for clean -up. <br />Change Use <br />Contractor may propose alternative uses for the facility which are compatible with the <br />operation of the golf course.
