Contractor shall receive approval by the City prior to any: system design <br />change and all changes must comply with specifications'outlined for each <br />area <br />e. Controls shall be repaired as <br />3.21 Golf Course Accessory Equipment <br />3.21.1 Maintain all golf course accessory equipment in a clean, safe, functioning <br />condition at all times, replacing with City approved equipment and /or <br />material as necessary, including but not limited to the following: All signs, <br />tee benches, tee markers, ball washers, out of bounds markers, distance <br />markers, greens flags, greens poles and cups, practice green markers <br />and cups, trash receptacles, and spike brushes <br />3.22 Storage Buildings and Chemical Storage <br />3.22.1 Maintain golf maintenance storage rooms and yard in a clean, orderly and <br />safe condition at all times, conforming to all applicable laws and <br />regulations <br />3.22.2 Observe all legal requirements and safety regulations in the use of <br />storage of chemicals, hazardous materials, supplies, and equipment at all <br />times <br />
