DRAFT <br />November 3, 1994 <br />John Hubbird <br />Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation ( NEDCO) <br />769 Monroe <br />Eugene, OR 97402 <br />SUBJECT: PARK SDC CREDIT AGREEMENT <br />Dear John, <br />The memo is to confirm our agreement regarding the conditions under which the City of Eugene <br />will process a credit for the Parks System Development Charges (SDC) you are required to pay <br />on the Field of Dreams development. As discussed, we are entering into this agreement to <br />facilitate your low income housing development. We believe entering into this agreement is <br />consistent with the Councils goal to facilitate low income housing. <br />A. NEDCO AGREES: <br />Convey title of the area designated as "PARK" from the attached plat map, designated as <br />EXHIBIT "A ", to the City of Eugene. The size of the park is approximately 1.2 acres. <br />All costs to transfer title shall be the responsibility of NEDCO. <br />2. Construct all park improvements as described in EXHIBIT 'B" within one year of the date <br />of execution of this agreement. <br />3. All park improvements shall be constructed to adopted City of Eugene Parks or Public <br />Works standards for public improvements. <br />B. CITY AGREES: <br />
