This is done at the <br />expense of a majority of the sites, which means substantial <br />planning should happen before we get into disproportionate <br />distributions. And that leads back to the "in- lieu -of- charge" <br />amount as being the maximum someone in the city should <br />authorize as the city contribution to the project. <br />If this goes, my hope is that the work can be done under one <br />of their construction contracts. And in any case, I am still <br />saying the city at this time can not deal with any "soft <br />improvements " - -turf, irrigation, landscape plantings; street <br />trees as required, maybe a few park trees if we can figure out <br />who waters. <br />Your comments?
