Street Tree protective fencing is required; it has been inspected and <br /> approved by the Urban Forester prior to the beginning of any construction activities. <br /> Fencing and other protection measures must remain in place unless otherwise <br /> authorized in advance by the Urban Forester. <br /> 6.
