AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO <br /> City of Eugene Contract No. 2010 - 05304 <br /> This Amendment is made to the Trade Services Contract dated October 15, 2009, between the City of <br /> Eugene (City) and Four Seasons Trees LLC (Contractor) and incorporates the provisions of City of <br /> Eugene Contract No. 2010- 05331, dated June 21, 2010, also between the City and Contractor. <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br /> 1. This amendment extends the agreement through October 15, 2014.
