Eugene residents were
asked to call 541-682-6000 to report non-emergency winter storm damage such as blocked streets and down trees.
More than 500 calls were received. Beginning at 6 p.m. today, people who call 682-6000 will hear a recording that
advises them to call 9-1-1 for life-threatening emergencies and to contact Public Works at 541-682-4800 for calls about
street, storm drains, parks, trees and other non-emergency storm issues in the city of Eugene. People needing to report
a power outage are advised to call EWEB at 541-484-2300.

Thanks,
Eric Jones, Public Affairs Manager
Eugene Public Works
541-682-5523
541-954-2938 (cell)
541-682-6826 (fax)
www.eugene-or.gov/
1
