This Administrative Order will amend the Stormwater <br />System Administrative Rule No. 58- 02 -01 -F and allow for the enforcement <br />and civil penalty provisions of this rule to be applicable to violations of EC <br />6.615. <br />As background, EC 6.615 ensures that stormwater management facilities are <br />operated and maintained in a manner that protects life and property from flood and <br />drainage hazards, protects water quality, and protects the waterways in the <br />headwaters area from the erosive effects of runoff. <br />Please note that the amended language can be found in bold italics throughout the <br />document.
