This project was approved and <br />funded through the City's Neighborhood Services Program and will be implemented by <br />POS Volunteer Program staff. <br />The scope of the project is to build community through an art project in which volunteers <br />will decoratively paint fire hydrants in the neighborhood. Volunteer artist is will be students, <br />teachers and families from Edison Elementary School, University: of Oregon students, and <br />neighbors from throughout the neighborhood. <br />The City's grant match portion is not to exceed $750.00. <br />
