Please <br />provide a warranty inspection on the project. <br />It is the intent of this a-mail ~o coordinate the inspection efforts of the PWE and PWM staff an all <br />Capitol Improvement Plan ~CIP} projects and Privately Engineered Public improvement ~PEPI} <br />projects prior to the expiration of the one year warranty period. In general, the role of the PWM <br />Staff will be to provide expertise, advice, and assistance to the PWE Staff by performing a final <br />inspection of the below listed project within the next four ~4} weeks. It is the responsibility of the <br />PWM supervisors to a-mail deficiencies to the inspector initiating this a-mail. It is the <br />responsibility of the inspector to compile all deficiencies and review them with the Construction Manager prior to contacting the prime contractor.
