Failure to submit the final report and billing by November 29, <br />2010 will prevent the release of new agreements or amendments to existing agreements per <br />OAR 695- 005 -0050 (1). <br />If you are in the process of addressing this issue, either by completing the final report or <br />requesting a time extension, please disregard this letter. <br />In attempting to meet our fiscal management responsibilities, we are working to ensure the <br />OWEB grant program meets state contracting and grant requirements. One of the state <br />requirements prohibits any work to be done after the completion date or expiration date of <br />the agreement.
