~s$-9 ~ .- o'~- <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />,: ~ ~ of the <br />City Manager of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br />The City of Eugene proposes to increase monthly user fees for local sanitary <br />and storm sewer services and to collect an increased fee for regional sewer <br />services on behalf of the Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission <br />(MWMC). The proposed monthly fee for City sewer services are set to recover <br />projected FY92 costs for the annual operation and capital construction for <br />the City's sanitary sewer collection and storm water management programs. <br />The City's portion of the sewer user rates was last increased in July, 1990. <br />Notice of the proposed fee schedule was published in the Eugene Register- <br />Guard on May 10 and May 12, 1991 and posted at the City's Permit and Informa- <br />tion Center, at the Eugene Public Works Department, and at the Eugene City <br />Hall on May 10, 1991. The City Council received notification of the proposed <br />fee increase and a supplemental information packet on May 28, 1991.
