~_ ,-,~ <br />C~Op~7 <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />OF THE <br />CITY MANAGER <br />City. of Eugene, Oregon <br />The City Manager is given the authority to delegate those administrative <br />duties defined in section 7.405, Driveways -Prohibited Locations, Special <br />Requirements-and Revocation, and section 7.410, Driveways -Curb Cuts, of the <br />Eugene City Code. <br />Based on this, the City Manager orders that the Traffic Engineer of the Public <br />Works Department sha17 have the authority. to exercise all duties and respon- <br />sibilities specifically defined as those of :the City Manager in sections 7.405 <br />and 7.410 of the.
